This is today’s breaking news, Option Magazine just leaked images of the Powerhouse Amuse 370Z rear bumper. It looks as innovative and unique as we originally thought! I’m a die hard Amuse fan, so for me this is especially exciting because this is their first significant aerodynamic design after the loss of their leader (and one of my tuning idols), Hideki Tanabe. Looking at the design, I can tell that Tanabe-san trained his team well and that his style has remained firmly integrated into Amuse’s ethos.
The most impressive thing to me is the fearlessness and confidence that Amuse has to step up the game with a fully original design during a time when most companies are acting timidly and doing nothing more than lip kits to innovate. I can’t say I’ve ever seen a bumper design like this before, so I’m grateful for Amuse to keep tuning interesting and exciting for us all.
Please support Amuse if you like the bumper and have a 370Z. They’ve been hard at work for a while on this design and have invested a lot of money into perfecting it. You and I all know by now that knockoffs are killing the Japanese tuning industry, we’ve all seen it by now. I really would like to see some examples where companies are actually rewarded for their efforts rather than pillaged and plundered for it by the usual thieves and posers.
