Patrick Callahan’s back at it with another post:
Hot Wheels Vintage

Having been infected with the car bug from a very early age, my collection of Hot Wheels has always been a personal point of pride. Apparently I’m not alone. Mattel says something like 41 million kids played with the cars growing up. But, far from being just a child’s toy, Hot Wheels define all things wheeled and hot. Even so, I was quite surprised when, as I was looking through the Hot Wheels at my local Wal-Mart, I found a model of the Top Secret G-Force Z!

Check it out:

Here’s an article about the real thing.

EDIT FROM BEN: I did a few collaborations with hot wheels to assist them with getting them some more JDM cars. This 350Z is available in both silver and gold colors, and also we did AE86s and S15s for ORC. On a personal note, I think my Mom is most impressed with this particular accomplishment in my career. Thats because, like Patrick I grew up playing with hotwheels so when my Mom saw Bulletproof Automotive’s name on the hot wheels cars she felt like at that point I really made it. Its kind of funny…but yeah, I’m definitely appreciative that my company’s name is now on the same toys I played with as a kid.
